ABOUT JEAN
Jean Haskell is the founder and
President of HASKELL ASSOCIATES. Her expertise includes Team
Building, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Transition
Management, Career and Management Development, and Large Scale
Interventions.
Her clients have included Tenet
Healthcare, PECO Energy, Rohm & Haas, Bristol-Myers Squibb,
Merrill Lynch, Lockheed Martin, Thomas Jefferson University, The
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Federal Aviation
Administration. She is a course instructor for the American
Management Association.
In prior roles Jean was Manager
of Organizational Development and Training at Pennsylvania
Hospital, Manager of Career Planning and Development at Sun
Company, Inc., Director of Consultation and Education at a
Community Mental Health Center, all in Philadelphia, and
Assistant Director of Training at Eagleville Hospital, in
Eagleville, PA.
Jean was awarded her doctorate
degree in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University in
1976. She is trained and certified in the use of the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and an experienced facilitator for
large scale interventions, such as Future Search. She is a
licensed psychologist in the State of Pennsylvania.
Active in community and civic
affairs, Jean was recently a Volunteer Facilitator for Listening
to the City, the New York City Town Meeting to react to the new
designs for the World Trade Center. In 2000, she received the
Business Volunteers for the Arts "Volunteer of the
Year" Award, from the Arts & Business Council of the
Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
Her publications include
articles on women and corporate politics, the glass ceiling, and
career development in Management World, Executive Excellence,
and Training and Development Journal. Her presentation audiences
have included the New Jersey Association of Women Business
Owners, the American Society for Training and Development,
Association for Systems Management, National Organization
Development Network, Association of Public Administrators,
National Education Association, and the Idaho National
Engineering Laboratories.
Jean is a member of the
Organization Development Network, the Association of Career
Professionals International, the Future Search Network, and the
Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Group.
